Our flexible payment options make it easier than ever to stay on top of your car payments. Choose from AutoPay, our online payment portal, or text-to-pay capability. We accept ACH, VISA, Mastercard, and Discover. There are no fees to pay over the phone, and we accept cash in the office along with money orders and cashier’s checks.

Contact us to make alternate payment arrangements on your account, then work directly with your financial institution(s) to resolve the issue. Your financial institution(s) should provide an avenue for disputing and settling fraudulent payments.

Insurance

Insurance

Yes. Your contract requires that you maintain physical damage insurance coverage during the term of your loan. Coverage must include comprehensive and collision protection. If you’ve not provided us with proof, please contact your agent. Your insurance must meet these requirements:

  • Minimum 6-month policy
  • Comprehensive and collision coverage with a maximum deductible of $1,000 on each

If you’ve received a notice regarding your insurance policy cancellation, please provide us with a copy of your insurance policy. Fax or email the declaration page from your policy plus your name and account number to 407-563-1646. If you have additional questions, please call 407-207-5151. You can also email the information to customerservice@afoainc.com.

Please call 407-207-5151 or email customerservice@afoainc.com to speak with one of our insurance representatives and provide the following information:

  • Date of the accident
  • Name and phone number of the insurance company
  • Claim number
  • Insurance adjuster information, if applicable
  • Police case number, if applicable

First, your vehicle must be repaired per the insurance estimate you received. Second, endorse and mail the insurance check along with a copy of the estimate and contact information for both you and the repair facility.

If your vehicle has been deemed a total loss and Guaranteed Asset Protection (GAP) was part of your original contract, contact your account representative for assistance with filing your GAP claim.

According to your contract, you must maintain qualified auto insurance on your vehicle for the term of your loan. You must provide us with proof of insurance. Fax a copy of your policy to 407-563-1646 or email to customerservice@afoainc.com. Be sure to include your name and account number on the fax, and call 407-207-5151 to confirm we received your fax.

All consumers can receive one free copy of their credit report every year. Visit annualcreditreport.com to obtain your copy.

Yes. All customers are reported monthly to the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion.

Simple Interest

Simple Interest

Interest on your loan is calculated daily. The best way to calculate your interest is using this formula:
Your principal balance x Your annual percentage rate ÷ 365 (days in a year) = Daily interest charge

All Automotive Financial customers have simple interest loans. This type of loan entails:

  • Payments in equal, monthly installments.
  • Payments going toward interest first, then your principal balance.
  • The ability to pay earlier than the payment date to ensure more of your payment will go toward your principal. If you pay late, more of your payment will go toward fees and paying down the interest you owe.

Visit your new local DMV and ask them to send us a written request for the documents required to transfer your title. The request can be faxed to 407-563-1646 or mailed to us:

Upon receipt of the request, we’ll send the documents directly to the DMV. Requests are usually completed within 2 business days.

(Please note: Every state handles the title transfer process differently. Moving from an electronic-title state requires waiting for a paper title and may result in increased processing times.)
